Booking Your Experience All appointments must be secured through the online booking system. By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all Eight28 Hair policies. Reservation Deposit A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve your appointment time. Deposits are applied toward your remaining service balance and are not transferable. Cancellations & Rescheduling Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in a fee and/or restriction of future booking privileges. Timeliness Matters Please arrive on time and prepared for your scheduled service. A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond this time may require adjustments to your service or may need to be rescheduled. Hair Preparation & Service Integrity To ensure the best results, please follow all preparation instructions provided before your appointment. Additional services such as takedowns, detangling, or corrective care may require additional fees. Customized Services Your hair journey is unique. Service adjustments, additions, or changes requested during your appointment may affect pricing and appointment timing. Guests & Salon Atmosphere Eight28 Hair is a private salon experience created for relaxation and connection. Please limit additional guests unless approved prior to your appointment. Package Memberships & Bundles All packages must be purchased upfront and are designed for the individual client they are created for.
